Music transcends time and space, with entrancing, empowering and soul soothing melodies.
When I need inspiration to stay the course, and continue this Soul Purpose Mental Health Mission or just get through the day, I turn to tunes, because Only Music Can Save Us™.
When I need to remember ‘My Why,’ Pearl Jam’s ‘Why Go’ always holds the answer.
Seeing life through the lens of trauma, I now know that I’ve used music to self-soothe since I was under two years old. I’ve even unintentionally curated a list of go-to tunes to get me through almost any situation and now utilize them as HOW-ARE U HEALING™ Habits.
Even though I’ve always so easily connected to others, I’ve always felt equally as alone — especially while being surrounded by people.
And I know that I have been given these experiences and gifts to help others feel less alone in their struggles., by sharing my stories of transmuting pain into power, chaos into calm and survival into healing.

What began as a HOW-ARE U HEALING™ Habit became a battle cry — at the soul level.
When I feel like the cards are stacked against me and I have no idea how I’m going to make it through a particular moment, let alone the days ahead, I bump ‘Why Go’. And I am reminded of my mission, my soul’s purpose on this planet and my incredibly fortunate gifts of connection through storytelling.
Moving forward in those tough times with renewed hope, peace and chills, signifying a deep knowing.
